Process2Print Price ListThe main value in Process2Print.com is the time it will save you when you need forms right now. You will never have to wait for a slow graphic artist again. That being said, Process2Print.com is an excellent financial value for your business form processing needs as well. Form CreationBefore you are able to use Process2Print for your business forms we must format them to be used with our system. This is a process that takes 5-7 business days. Each and every form is different and there are many levels of difficulty to get them working. A general rule of thumb is that the more fields that require special input, the more expensive the setup. Below are some of the more common forms that we set up on a regular basis. Prices do not include form setup or logo design. If you require this service we charge $40/hour setup fees.

These offer the most value because they put your business proposals in a professional format that is processed in < 1 second. Form ProcessingEach time you create a new form it consumes many diffenent resources on our server, most notibly bandwidth, hard drive space & processor speed. Due to this we charge a minimal amount each time you process a form. Any form that's finished product is < 1 MB costs $1 per form processed. We are able to produce forms up to 10 MB on our current server. We are also able to batch process forms (think of a Mail Merge with style). For each of these particular needs, prices are quoted. Regaurdless of how big your forms are or how often you process them, we use a pre-paid system to keep up with your orders. The minimum deposit is $10 and these funds never expire. So how good of a value are we?To further explain the costs involved with using Process2Print.com lets look at an example. Say you have a client that employs 200 people and you print their business cards for them. Your setup fee for those cards is $225 (one time fee). On a monthly basis you fulfill 25 orders for a first month total of $250 ($225 setup + (25 x $1 processing fee)). Currently you use a graphic artist who charges you $50/hour. Each card takes him/her 15 minutes on a good day. 25 cards x $12.50 = $312.50. This means that your investment in Process2Print will pay for itself during your 1st month of use. The above example does not include several key factors such as the error rate of your graphic artist (ours is 0%) or revisions when someone changes their fax number or email address after the 1st proof is sent. In your second month of using Process2Print.com your costs would only be $25 if the same quantity of cards were ordered, while your graphic artist charges would still be the same ($312.50).
