Process2Print is a site that was designed by graphic artists to handle the mundane tasks associated with the job. There are many reasons to hire a graphic artist such as custom advertisements, logo design, booklett & managazine publication, etc. Trust us when we tell you that graphic artists consider business cards and other forms of stationary to be loss lead products just like you do. If it were not for the potential of losing your account, they would have told you "no" long ago.

So what exactly is Process2Print.com

Simply put Process2Print.com is your forms on demand headquarters. Any business form that you can think of can be automated using our process. Once your form has been put on our system the turnaround time for getting your business forms in your hands is only seconds. Proofing can be done directly on the site and if there are any errors, you need not redo the whole form. Just change what you need and render a new business form.

Do you use Process (CMYK) or Spot (PMS) Colors?

Either depending on your needs. The finished product is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file which is the industry standard for commercial printers. For PMS colors, your printer must be able to accept color separation plates. If they are unable to do this then, unfortunatly, we will not be able to help you.

Do you use raster or vector art forms?

If your picture changes for each form, you will need it in raster format. Our system is a template driven process and as such your original document can contain either vector or raster formatted images.

To further explain, say your business cards require a picture of the employee. Your company logo is a vector art image. We would set the business card template with your logo already imbedded. Each time you create a new card you would upload a picture of the employee (.jpg - raster art) for inclusion on the card. In this example, your business cards would include both raster and vector art.

What is the turnaround time for getting my forms online?

In most cases it is 5-7 business days. We would not be able to turn around a 200 page catalog in this time nor would we be able to get 50 different forms completed in this time. However, if your needs are getting your company's stationary on Process2Print.com, 5-7 business days is more than ample time to turn this around.

Once your forms have been put on our server, your turnaround time for processing a form is only a few seconds. That is what makes us special. In many cases, we are even faster than email.

What is the cost of your service?

Our cost varies depending on the complexity of your forms. Check out our price list for more details or contact us for a personalized quote.

What kind of forms do you accept?

Anything that you would consider to be a static form with variable information in it. Stationary is an excellent example. Our server is not creative, therefore we will not create ads or signage, continue using your graphic artist for that.

Can I customize your page to fit my site?

This is a very common request and the answer is yes and by doing this your clients can create their own forms. Here is how it works.

We take your html layout from your existing site and create headers and footers out of it. We will then send you a User ID / Password form for you to post on your site. When a customer of yours enters in his/her user ID & password they will get transferred over to our servers with the look and feel of your site. There they can process their forms without your intervention. The whole time your clients will never know they left your site unless they notice the address bar up top shows Process2Print.com. Even then it will be appended with a /YourCompany so they will still have a high comfort level.

Do you offer printing?

Absolutely, and we are quite inexpensive. Our standard business cards cost $75/1,250 cards. Envelopes are $250/m and letterhead is $300/M. Find out more on our printing price list.
